First Presbyterian Church is a member of the Long Island Presbytery, in the Synod of the Northeast, of the Presbyterian Church (USA). We are active members of the Long Island Council of Churches, an associated congregation of the Lutheran Counseling Center, and assist at The Inn as part of our mission work, along with donating to Church World Service and hosting several Girl Scout troops.
